After graduating as a Civil Engineer from Budapest University of Technology and Economics, he gained valuable experience working in the construction industry, completing a wide range of projects including commercial, industrial, water retaining, energy/hydrocarbon.

Xanthos is a certified PMP Project Manager, Risk Manager PMI-RMP and Mediator. He is a member of the Cyprus Technical Chamber, the Project Management Institute and the Cyprus Civil Engineers Association.
